When you use The Reliant Network to submit an event quote request, calculate equipment financing, or list a commercial fleet, we collect:

• Contact Details: Full name, company name, corporate email address, telephone number, and delivery zip code.
• Event & Jobsite Specifications: Event dates, guest count, power/water hookup availability, and required trailer station counts.
• Commercial Fleet Credentials: DOT numbers, equipment photos, operator phone numbers, and service radius.
• Transaction Records: Encrypted payment confirmations, escrow booking IDs, and wallet refill ledgers processed through our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway (Stripe). We never store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use & Share Information

We process your data strictly to fulfill commercial services:

• Quote Routing & Brokerage: Connecting your quote request with vetted local operators in your zip code who can service your dates.
• Escrow Booking Management: Communicating confirmation receipts, delivery dates, and operational walkthrough instructions.
• No Selling of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or lease end-user personal contact details to third-party telemarketers or non-affiliated ad networks.

3. Data Retention & Security Shield

All client communications and RFQ records are transmitted across 256-bit TLS encryption. Records are retained in our secure data layer for operational accounting and warranty verification. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting our compliance desk.

4. CCPA / GDPR Rights

Residents of California, the European Union, and other regulated jurisdictions have the right to request disclosure of categories of personal information collected, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of commercial communications without penalty.
