Terms of Service & Commercial Use Agreement

1 Platform Role & Brokerage Disclaimer

The Reliant Network operates exclusively as a digital directory, marketing technology platform, and commercial lead brokerage engine connecting commercial customers, event planners, and general contractors with independently owned and operated fleet vendors (including luxury restroom trailer fleets, commercial mobile refrigeration providers, heavy crane and rigging operators, and senior placement advisors).

The Reliant Network does not own, manufacture, transport, operate, inspect, or maintain physical rental equipment. All equipment rentals, transportation logistics, on-site utility connections, and operational duties are performed solely by independent third-party operators.

2 Concierge Booking Deposits & Escrow Mechanics

When an end-customer elects to utilize our 15% Concierge Booking Deposit feature:

• The 15% deposit is held in escrow to secure fleet availability and dispatch commitment with an independent verified partner for the specified date and venue.
• The remaining eighty-five percent (85%) balance is payable directly to the assigned equipment operator upon physical equipment delivery, placement, and walkthrough inspection.
• In the event of an operator mechanical failure or equipment unavailability, The Reliant Network will re-route the reservation to an equivalent certified fleet or issue a 100% refund of the deposit pursuant to our Refund Policy.

3 Operator Accounts, Wallet Credits & Subscriptions

Fleet operators registering accounts or maintaining verified listings on The Reliant Network agree to the following terms:

• Prepaid Wallet Balance: Credits loaded into the operator wallet ($250, $500, $1,000) are usable for instant 1-click lead unlocks ($85/lead). Funds do not expire.
• Lead Replacement Guarantee: If an unlocked RFQ contains demonstrably fraudulent or invalid contact information (disconnected phone and invalid email), operators may report the lead within 48 hours for an instant 100% credit replacement to their wallet.
• Metro Monopolies & Featured Subscriptions: Recurring plans ($99/mo or $299/mo) are billed on a 30-day recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

4 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Reliant Network, its principals, officers, and automated agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from equipment malfunction, water or power outages, jobsite delays, personal injury, property damage, or operator non-performance.

Users and operators agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Reliant Network against any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from third-party vendor contracts, municipal permit disputes, or venue regulations.

5 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding confidential arbitration.
