Customer 15% Concierge Booking Deposits
To eliminate no-shows and guarantee fleet readiness, commercial clients may place a 15% reservation deposit held in third-party escrow. Our deposit refund policy is as follows:
100% Full Refund. Cancel within 48 hours of reservation booking for an immediate, no-questions-asked refund.
100% Re-booking Credit or 50% cash refund if your event is rescheduled due to weather or venue change.
100% Refund + Emergency Re-dispatch. If an operator fails to deliver, we re-dispatch or refund immediately.
Fleet Operator 100% Lead Replacement Guarantee
We hold our AI Lead Qualification engine to the highest commercial accuracy standards. When an operator unlocks an RFQ inquiry for $85:
- Bad Phone / Email Replacement: If the phone number is disconnected or the email address bounces, report the lead in your Operator Portal within 48 hours.
- Instant Credit Reload: Your operator wallet will be instantly re-credited the full $85.00 with zero friction or wait time.
- Out-of-Radius Protection: If a customer entered an incorrect zip code outside your declared 50-mile service radius, the inquiry is refunded in full.
Monthly Subscriptions & Metro Monopolies
Featured Partner listings ($99/mo) and Exclusive Metro Monopolies ($299/mo) are month-to-month agreements with zero long-term contracts:
- You may cancel at any time directly in your Operator Portal before your next billing cycle.
- Upon cancellation, your placement remains active until the end of your prepaid 30-day term.
- Unused prepaid wallet credits ($250/$500) never expire. If an operator sells their fleet or retires, unused wallet balances are fully refundable upon written request.
